Did you know Tug River Health Association offers discounted services based on your income?

Through our CARE Program, patients at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines may qualify for reduced costs on medical, dental, and pharmacy services.

Applying is simple! All you need to do is complete a short application and provide proof of income. Once approved, you’ll receive a personalized Care Card to use at any of our locations.

We are committed to ensuring access to care for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Discounts are applied in accordance with federal guidelines and are based on family size and income.
