🍂 Mindful Tip of the Month 🍂
Take a moment to observe the falling leaves this season.

Go for a mindful walk and focus on the leaves as they swirl and gently fall to the ground. Notice their journey — their graceful descent can remind us to let go of thoughts, worries, or habits that no longer serve us.

Embrace this time of change and renewal by giving yourself permission to release what holds you back.

🎀 Edgewater Health congratulates Laini Fluellen Charities on the 14th Annual Pink Tie Affair! 🎀

Laini Fluellen Charities (LFC) is a remarkable all-volunteer organization founded in 2009 to carry on the passionate legacy of Laini Fluellen. Diagnosed at just 35 with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)—an aggressive form that disproportionately affects younger women with fewer treatment options and lower survival rates—Laini courageously fought her diagnosis for 3 years beyond expectations.

TNBC survival rates stand at only 77%, compared to 93% for other breast cancers. Despite this, Laini dedicated her time to educating others about this aggressive disease through television, radio, and book interviews, inspiring many along the way.

We honor Laini’s legacy and the vital work of LFC in raising awareness and supporting those affected by TNBC. 💖
