Community HealthNet Health Centers CHN provides comprehensive Family, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Eye Care, Dental, OB, and Prenatal Medical Services. Parking Lots available.

Our OB and prenatal services are equipped with technology to conduct onsite ultrasounds. Community HealthNet (CHN) Health Centers is a not-for-profit community based primary healthcare organization dedicated to providing accessible, affordable, and quality medical services. Community HealthNet strives to serve the needs of all families and individuals of all income levels in need of medical care. To achieve this commitment, CHN will work in collaboration with other health care providers and service-oriented agencies in the community to provide a continuum of care. In addition, CHN has partnered with Covering Kids & Familes (CKF) to assist individuals who qualify to enroll in a health insurance plan. Hours of Operation CHN

👄 Gum disease starts small (gingivitis) but can lead to bone loss.
👵🏽 In older adults, gum disease + decay are big reasons for losing teeth.
🚬 Smokers & people with diabetes have a higher risk.
❤️ And yes — unhealthy gums may be connected to bigger health issues like heart disease and Alzheimer’s!
According to Harvard Medical School, "Studies have shown that people who have poor oral health (such as gum disease or tooth loss) have higher rates of cardiovascular problems such as heart attack or stroke than people with good oral health."
