📚 The Elka Scholastic Book Fair is Here! 📚

We’re so excited to announce that our Elka Scholastic Book Fair is happening this week, November 11th through Monday, November 17th!

🕡 Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
💳 Payments: Credit cards and cash are accepted (credit card payments are highly recommended, as change for cash is limited).

There are so many amazing and educational books for children to explore, learn from, and enjoy. We’d love for all our families and friends to stop by and check out what’s available! Let’s make this year’s book fair one to remember!

Our Fall Party on Friday, October 31st was full of smiles, sweets, and so much fun! The children enjoyed a day of trick-or-treating through classrooms, cookie decorating, and a yummy pizza party!!🍕

🎃 Trunk or Treat Time Update!

🚨 Time Change Alert— the event time has been changed to 4–6 PM to ensure everyone can enjoy the fun safely before it gets dark 🚨

Join us Friday, Oct. 31, at the Roosevelt High School parking lot for candy, costumes, music, and family fun! 👻🍬

🚒🔥 Fire Prevention Week at ELKA! Our friends from the Gary Fire Department stopped by to teach our Happy Learners all about fire safety; including how to call 9-1-1 and what to do in an emergency. The children had a blast learning, asking questions, and even surprising our local heroes with thank-you cards and appreciation gifts for keeping our community safe! 👨🏽‍🚒🧑🏾‍🚒🧑🏼‍🚒
