The Gas City Rescue Squad Training Institute will no longer be teaching EMT classes. Future EMT'S will not have to go far to obtain their NREMT. Amanda Leffler at Leffler Academy in Gas City will be holding future EMT classes, with a class starting this 1st of November 2021. It's my understanding that Amanda and her staff also stepped up and will be sponsoring future blood drives for the Red Cross. If you are interested in becoming an EMT give Leffler Academy a call. 765-573-4614. Thanks to all the students that took their EMT class at Gas City Rescue and a special thanks to currently 46 students that successfully became EMT'S. The end of another EMT class. Would like to send out a thank you to a few people. IU Health and Dr. Kornilow for supporting EMS training. Duaine Ashcraft at Grant County EMS for your non wavering support. All my fellow EMT'S, too many to mention but you know who you are. Brad for making the trip for very little reward to proctor the exam. Curtis, great moulage again. Karen, thanks for filling a huge void. All the students that completed the course, good luck with your NREMT. To my good friend Troy who helped make this Training Institution a success, miss you and love you my friend. It's EMS week. Wishing all our past students out there a GREAT week. Hope you are enjoying the EMS life. Always remember we are here for you if you ever have any EMS questions.
