Holidays can sometimes bring more than just memories and joy, they can also be stressful and sometimes really hard. In the midst of the day you can take time to be gentle with yourself even in the smallest of ways. Allow yourself to focus on self-care by doing things such as prioritizing sleep, drinking your water, taking your medications as prescribed, finding a quiet space to reflect or journal, talking with a good friend, drinking a warm cup of tea or wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket.
Our therapist still have appointment times available to either start your therapy journey or to touch base with your current therapist during this holiday time. You deserve to be good to yourself and to prioritize your own needs. ❤️
