Senior TLC, a PACE Program, provides full-service, personalized healthcare for adults 55 and older who are in need of a little extra support and care. Senior TLC provides transportation, day center services, in-home care, therapy services, medication, and so much more.

Due to the temperatures and the possibility of ice, our day center will be opening on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, at 12pm - 5pm.

Our transportation WILL NOT be operating for any participants to and from the day center. Also, transportation WILL be operating for any outside appointments, and home care services will possibly be provided on a revised schedule. As always, we will have a nurse and provider available on call before we open by calling 704-874-0600.

Our area is expected to receive a wintery mix of snow, ice, and sleet this weekend. Here's a few tips to help you prepare!

❄️Make sure to have all medications available
❄️Portable O2 takes in the event of a power outage
❄️Back up heat source if possible (avoid using propane in the home!)
❄️Alternate light source such as flashlights and/or candles
❄️Non-perishable food and a water supply
❄️Warm clothes and blankets
