Our reputation for stunning holiday decorating throughout the community reached the Stonecrest Villa construction site, thanks to our awesome team from Blum Construction. Even a building under construction can dress up for the holidays in anticipation of welcoming our future residents in Spring 2026.

The Resident Council and Legacy of Care Philanthropy Committee members are very excited to share the results from the Workforce Investment/Staff Bonus Fund for 2025.

Thank you, Covenant Village residents! The results of this year's staff appreciation emphasis emphasize the value Covenant Village places on community and connection that happens through relationships between residents and staff members, who often become like extended family. We are grateful to our residents for their generous expressions of appreciation.

The total raised was $113,306.84, and the resident participation rate was 94.6 percent — both record-breaking numbers.

Resident Council Chair Vicky Faris announced these details this afternoon at the beginning of the "Season's Sirens" program, the last Employee Spotlight event of the season.

More details about our community's annual giving during 2025 will be shared next Tuesday at the Circle of Giving Celebration. At that event, residents, future residents, family members, and friends of Covenant Village will be recognized for their annual support in 2025 to one or more initiatives of the Legacy of Care giving program, AND to the staff bonus fund.

There is still time to become a member of the 2025 Circle of Giving. All donations to Legacy of Care between January 1 and December 31, 2025, are included. Donations by December 12 will be recognized during next week's celebration.

During the workday, Health Services Administrator Kevin Stewart compassionately cares for his staff and oversees all areas of the ARISE Health Center at Covenant Village. After hours and on the weekends, Kevin can be found perusing places that sell art, looking for his next purchase or an opportunity to find an art piece that can be lovingly and professionally restored. On December 4, 2025, Kevin shared his hobby for art restoration with the Covenant Village community.
