She ensures meals are prepared and delivered with care, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond help create a positive dining experience for everyone she serves.

Keshia is known for her warm attitude and respectful interactions with Elders and care partners alike. Her teamwork and positive spirit make her a valued member of the River Chase Village family.

Keshia says she loves her job because of the people she works with. But most importantly she loves the elders. “I will go above and beyond for them.”
