Employee of the month for September:

Heather Nacol, Administrative Assistant

“I have been a part of the RCV team for 3 years now serving as the Administrative Assistant. I chose this role after the loss of my grandmother with the intention of being an advocate for the elders. In my time here, it has been like having a bunch of grandparents to love and care for. I love this role because I get to watch others succeed daily in uplifting the lives of others and making the last years of our elders lives worth living. I am proud to be a part of this village and team.”

We truly appreciate Heather’s kindness and compassion she demonstrates, daily, in our village.

Miss Melba enjoyed telling Taylor about swimming in the open water, staying clear of the stingrays, the trees on Deer island, and the wild boars that she and her friends saw roaming on the island.
