Due to the complexity of our coloring work, a set amount of time is required to carry out each service. This results in our schedules being limited in availability, and could result with up to several weeks’ wait before we ar

e able to accommodate further appointments being made. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that you schedule your next appointment after your visit. We can help you calculate when your hair will be ready. We have also encountered from recent experiences, that we now must enforce a cancellation policy. As one may understand, time is vital, as hairdressing is a service industry, and without proper notice, we are unable to provide service to another, in turn, unable to make an income. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior. Cancellations made less than 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the original service cost. An invoice will be sent and must be paid prior to your next appointment. This is to cover loss of earnings and the lost potential to have filled the appointment, as cancellations made any later, are not always possible to fill, due to the lack of notified time. It is important to dedicate and allocate the exact amount of time to each and everyone of you! And also have the flexibility to keep providing our services. We appreciate your understanding of this, and thank you for your loyalty.
