Northern Speech Services (NSS) was established in 1972 by Thomas Slominski, MA, CCC-SLP, to provide the best care and quality Speech Pathology services to our local area - Northern Michigan. Through the years, Tom's pursuit of increased knowledge led him to SLP pioneers like Jeri Logemann. As he learned from the best experts in the field, he wanted to share that with other SLPs all over the country and thus our Live Course offerings were created. Eventually, this led to more partnerships with other leading SLPs, and NSS began publishing therapy products and online courses. We started with a modest office space and have since expanded into our current office building with an attached warehouse for our published products. While our size and services have grown and shifted in the years since we began, our passion for excellence and outstanding customer service has never diminished. If anything, it has grown stronger! To meet the diverse needs of Speech-Language Pathologists who want to stay current with evidence-based practices, Northern Speech Services offers clinically relevant Online CEUs, Live CEU Events, and MBSImP training as well as comprehensive, innovative and highly effective Treatment Products.
