Our FlexFlow class is a 50-minute, beginner, experiential class led by Jay Perez, which will help you unlock your body’s full potential.
Designed to improve mobility and joint health, this class combines dynamic stretching, breathing, activation, and strength-building exercises to increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.
