You don’t have to have fancy equipment to make yourself a priority! Over the last year I have had a lot of people question over the last year… well what if I need to space appointments out a little more?? Can I use what I have at home?

‼️ Well here’s my thought… can’t get in regular for lymphatic and you use a vibration plate in between 💯 better than not doing anything you are still getting things to move.

🥁Work is busy and can’t get in for regular massage… use your red light or sauna at home, use the Thera gun or massage chair to help loosen those muscle- it WILL help.. and then when you come in we can work those specific areas!

I’m here for it all and appreciate you all soo much! Remember even if it’s baby steps… take care of YOU!
