Happy Thanksgiving to our incredible members and teachers that fill our studios every day. We are grateful for our health. Our strength. Our community. The commitment to our overall wellness.

We are grateful to the sanctuary of Prana Yoga Center - a special home-away-from-home which gives us peace. Prana always feels like we are sitting at a beautiful Thanksgiving table & feast.

On this day we pause in gratitude and allow the joy to sit at our table. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families & loved ones.

Trikonasana, Triangle pose. A favorite for those who love to open the chest, broaden their shoulders, strengthen their core, and feel the opening of the hips & hamstrings. Connect with your Trikonasana this week in the studio! Share any Trikonasana-tips you have below!

Yoga Nidra is often translated as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”—a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, guided and serene.

In practice it means: you lie down (often in the restful posture of Savasana), you are guided through body-scans, breath awareness, intention (or sankalpa), subtle visualization, and you enter a deeply restorative state where your body rests as if asleep, but your awareness remains present.

We hope you’ll consider taking this journey for yourself—and maybe join us at Prana Yoga Center this Saturday, November 15th, for a session with Kathryn in the Himalayan Salt Room. One hour of dedicated rest might just ripple into days, weeks and months of deeper presence.
