Meet Dave — a longtime Prana member whose practice reminds us that yoga isn’t just about movement… it’s about balance, presence, and learning to listen within.

Dave first came to yoga to counteract long hours at a desk — but what kept him coming back wasn’t just the stretch…it was the stillness.

“It has become more than exercise; it’s a way to reset, recharge, and find balance.”

From candlelit infrared classes to the quiet shift that happens when breath meets awareness, Dave has found yoga to be a grounding anchor both on and off the mat — a place to soften, pause, and reconnect.

He’s also a reminder that you don’t need a beach, mountaintop, or far-away retreat to experience deep presence.
✨ The real work happens right here — in community, breath by breath, moment by moment.
