Top 10 Ways to Thrive in 2026 ✨

I look at my health like a puzzle.
Every year, I intentionally work on a few big pieces instead of trying to fix everything at once. Progress comes from consistency, not chaos.

Here’s what thriving looks like for me heading into 2026:

1️⃣ Get comprehensive bloodwork annually
Data creates clarity. Guessing creates frustration.

2️⃣ Partner with a practitioner you trust
You don’t need to DIY your health journey.

3️⃣ Supplement strategically (not randomly)
Support what your body actually needs.

4️⃣ Eat 80–90% real food
Keep added sugar under ~10g most days. Simple. Powerful.

5️⃣ Protect your sleep like it’s your job
Because honestly… it kind of is.

6️⃣ Prioritize protein daily
This past year my two deep dives were mold + hormones. Next year will bring a new focus — because health evolves as we do.

7️⃣ Move your body every single day
Non-negotiable. Consistency beats intensity.

8️⃣ Be intentional with your time and energy
Stress management is health management.

9️⃣ Do 1–2 full detoxes per year + mini resets regularly
Daily and weekly habits matter more than extremes.

🔟 Use targeted biohacks when they serve you (not overwhelm you)
Pick one or two that move the needle for you:
Red light • Infrared sauna • PEMF • Oura • CGM • Dry brushing • Castor oil packs • Walking pad • Acupuncture • IV therapy • Peptides • Morning sunlight • Journaling • Breathwork • Nature time

My Story

My name is DeeDee, I'm a first class honors graduate from the Edison Institute of Holistic Nutrition with a certification in Holistic Nutrition. Additionally I am a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert. Using the latest in research and modern day holistic nutrition, combined with ancient practices such as Ayurveda and mindfulness/meditation; I use food, herbs, stress management tools and body movement to inspire individuals, groups and corporations to find their ultimate health. My goal is to empower you to have the energy and vibrancy required to pursue your life's passion.

After years in the business world as an Advertising Executive and business team leader with a Masters in Marketing, family health issues including a hereditary lung disease impacting my mother and an autoimmune disease contracted post childbirth effecting my daily life, I began to dig deep into the root cause of these issues. This led me to study Holistic Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto for two years. Since moving back to the states I completed my studies with The Edison Institute of Holistic Nutrition. While I have a certification in Holistic Nutrition and am a Certified Culinary Expert, the State of Illinois only allows Registered Dietitians to practice individualized nutrition consultations in relation to specific conditions. This is not the case in many other states.

I am currently seeing clients on an individual and group basis in regards to nutritional and weight loss education and work with them on a 3 month basis to live their best healthy life. We address general nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization and body movement. I provide 3 month long healthy recipe plans, a food and mood tracker, a whole foods detox and tips on managing stress, sleeping better and movement to support goals.

My Mission
