Meet Chloe! Our newest yoga teacher.
Chloe has her 500hr yoga certification and made her yoga debut teaching Goat Yoga 🐐 a few years ago. She has also given beginner and chair yoga classes.
She is very excited to start teaching and growing her practice with all of you! Classes start THIS SUNDAY JULY 20th @ 1pm here at Wellness By Danielle in Geneva, NY.
We hope to see you there!

INTRODUCING our new yoga instructor - Molly Lawrence!

I am a 200Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, who has gratefully done her training at Kripalu. Kripalu is Sanskrit for compassion & I try to encourage folks to explore some self-love & compassion in my teaching.

I have been dedicating myself to expanding my knowledge & am ¾ of the way through completing my 500Hour training at Kripalu. I completed a 75-hour meditation training & 75-hour vinyasa training just this year & couldn’t be happier or more excited to share the magic of yoga with you.

I am getting ready to undergo another yoga training this summer, this time with Radiant Child Yoga, so that I can start to offer the joy of yoga with the littles, in a way that is tailored just for them.

When I am not teaching yoga, you can find me in the forest with my friends from Belonging in Nature Forest Kindergarten or out walking my sweet dog, Dobby.

I delight in sharing movement & self-love with the many, encouraging play, autonomy & permission to relax.

I’m reading 12 Tiny Things by Heidi Barr & Ellie Roscher thanks to .em11 and it’s so great!

I’m loving the intentional slowness, giving myself permission to savor each page and be present with my feelings while reading.

I love the idea that we don’t have to race to the finish line, the last page, the end result but instead that it’s okay to take your time and be present even if it’s just a few pages.

I thought it’d be fun to grab some prompts from the book to share.
