When it’s family, it’s personal.💚For Lupe, our Care Team Coordinator for Dr. Minhas, that meant taking an opportunity to step into our patients’ shoes.

While at our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) for her father’s hip replacement with Dr. Chakour, Lupe wanted to go beyond the waiting room. She saw a unique oppurtunity to “scrub in” and educate herself on exactly what our patients experience during surgery.🏥

Recognizing her dedication, Dr. Minhas and Brian, PA-C stepped up to mentor her, bringing her into the OR to witness the entire process. While Lupe continues to expertly manage Dr. Minhas’ schedule and care logistics, she now brings a new, personal perspective to every conversation she has with our patients.

We are so proud of Lupe’s curiosity and commitment to excellence and thankful for the leadership and mentorship of Dr. Minhas and Brian!🤝
