Investigators are seeking to identify victims of Batavia chiropractor David Hanson, owner of Hanson Family Chiropractic. Hanson has been charged with multiple felony counts including producing and disseminating child po*******hy, possessing child po*******hy, and unauthorized video recording of a minor.

According to authorities, more than 180 patients were secretly recorded while undressed or unclothed at the chiropractic office. Victims range from young children to adults, and most are believed to be female. The recordings were allegedly captured using hidden cameras in treatment areas, including a red light therapy room.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims. Anyone who believes they or their minor dependent may have been affected, or who has information relevant to the case, is asked to call 630-444-3322 or email SAOVictimHotline@KaneCountyIL.gov

Creating Space Therapy has officially moved into our new home at The Preserve of Geneva — located at 2000 S. Batavia Ave, Ste 300, Geneva, just one mile north of our former Batavia office.

This move marks an exciting new chapter for us. As our practice has grown, so has our vision. Our new space allows us to continue offering compassionate, grief-affirming, and trauma-informed care while expanding into new programs and services designed to support healing, growth, and connection within our community.
