Today I'm celebrating a birthday — and I'll be honest, the number matters less to me than what it represents.
25 years ago, I started practicing with one conviction: that most people never had to end up on a surgical table. They just needed someone willing to look deeper, treat the system, and build a real plan.
That belief became the foundation of everything we do here.
Over the past 25 years, I've trained at the highest levels of spine and disc care. I became a founding member of the American Spinal Decompression Society. I pursued neurosurgical-level continuing education because I believe that if you're going to help someone avoid surgery, you need to understand surgery. I developed The Hart Method, which is a structured, four-stage approach to spine restoration that guides every care plan we build.
This is not what most chiropractic practices looks like. It's not meant to be.
My patients come to me when they've already tried everything else. When they've been told that surgery is the next step. When they're frustrated, in pain, and running out of options. And time and time again, we find a path forward — because we take the time to understand the spine at a mechanical level, not just treat symptoms.
Thank you to every patient who has trusted us with your health over the years. You are why this work matters.
The best is still ahead.
