I can't stress enough the importance of getting regular full body skin checks by your dermatologist and the use of sunscreen all year long. Even when it's cloudy, overcast or dead of winter, it's still important to protect your skin.

As always, every client in the month of May will get a sample sunscreen to get you started! ☀️😎🧴

November is Epilepsy Awareness Month. As some of you may know, my son was diagnosed with a seizure disorder over 4 years ago. Because of this I want to spread awareness.
Seizures can be caused by certain triggers or can come out of nowhere. They can be extremely unpredictable and difficult for those with this disorder to live normal lives. Even with medication and being cautious of triggers it doesn't mean that a seizure can't happen.
I've included a seizure first aid plan for you to read to hopefully make you more comfortable assisting someone if you ever need to.
With all of this being said, I will be donating $5 of every session this month to the Epilepsy Foundation of America.

Hopefully someday soon they can find a cure. 🙂💜
