Let’s improve your squat depth! Time to get those ankles moving, we often see limitations in ankle dorsiflexion which limits your ability to get your knees over your toes. This can limit your squat depth and sometimes compromise your spine angle. First order of business if you can’t get a full depth squat, try the knee to wall test (slide 2). If you fail the test try a few mobility fixes shown here. Remember to always re-test to check your progress.
