Here’s a fabulous new dessert no one asked for!🤣
We are calling her Millie.
Puff pastry with filling.
It’s based on a french dessert that is hard to pronounce and if I know my customers like I think I do, they just want amazing tasting desserts and a name they can easily order.
This one is raspberry pistachio but she will come in lots of flavors!
Picture is a prototype, I think I’ll bake the pastry a little longer but customers in store during this photo shoot gave high praise on flavors!
