We are so lucky to have such a soulful team here, and today we’re highlighting the wonderful Lindzi! You can find her bringing her unique magic to our Heated Vinyasa and Flow schedule.

​Here is a little more about her soulful approach:

✨️​The Daily Walk: Lindzi doesn’t see yoga as a destination; she is still finding yoga in her daily walk.

✨️​A Fluid Practice: Her favorite posture changes daily, reflecting her belief in listening to what the body needs in the present moment.

✨️​The Vibe: Get ready to flow to the sounds of Essie Jane, Sol Rising, Catching Flies, and Maribou State.

✨️​Mat Wisdom: She loves that she can seek and find answers to everyday situations right on the mat.

​Lindzi’s hope is that you leave her class feeling spiritually aligned, vibrationally elevated, and emotionally lighter.

Flow Yoga Georgetown is lining up the last essential moments of rest and movement to help you integrate the year and prepare for a clear start in 2026.

✨️​Sunday 6:00 PM: Light Body Activation. A powerful, restorative practice at the Flow studio to set intentions and ground your nervous system.
Whether you're a seasoned seeker or just starting out, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their consciousness, expand their love, and strengthen their connection to the light within.

Get ready to move with intention and power! 💖 We are thrilled to introduce Tylee, who guides our Heated Vinyasa and Hatha classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.

​Favorite Posture (and why): Triangle Pose! She says it's beautiful and heart-opening, even while being super challenging.

✨️​Her Anchor: Tylee found yoga when she was 12 as she was transitioning out of competitive sports. It grew into her anchor to living a healthy, sober, conscious life.

​Join us for this special, 3-hour workshop - a safe space for women navigating deep personal transitions, major life changes, or a spiritual awakening. We've even added extra time for an intimate Q&A session with the insightful Dr. Andrea Goebel!

​Through a beautiful blend of gentle, meridian-focused Yin yoga, soothing guided meditation, and honest, heartfelt conversation, we will honor and connect with our most powerful inner wisdom.

Monthly Sanctuary: Guided Meditation & Nervous System Reset ✨️🙏

Need to truly land in the month ahead?

Join us every 1st Sunday for a 45-minute journey designed to gently unwind stress and cultivate deep inner calm.

​We start by easing the body with gentle, accessible movement, shifting us out of "doing" mode. We then settle the mind with simple pranayama (breathwork) techniques.

The core of the practice is 15–20 minutes of silent meditation, offering sacred space for clarity and reflection. We conclude with a restful savasana, leaving you integrated and grounded for the month ahead.

​Give yourself the gift of presence. Bring a journal, a cozy layer, and come as you are. This is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect, together.
