Our minds have become overwhelmed daily and stress is consuming the nervous system on a second to second basis.

Our bodies are connected to our minds and the world around us. And, because this stress has become an ordinary occurrence, our bodies are becoming constantly braced. Armouring. Protecting us, but also breaking down slowly.
