How are you navigating these days?

The human experience can feel a bit wobbly at times. We are never just in one feeling state all the time, this is both the beauty and the challenge of being human.

Yesterday I observed how quickly the voice in my mind stepped in.. the voice that wants to pull me into worry and concern for what is arising in my personal experience and the world around me.

So, how do I shift this? I allow my feelings and emotions to be there, not trying to get out of it or escape. Honoring them, giving them time and space to be felt and moved through.

I breathe, I move, I stay connected to my body and settle deep into my heart space, expressing gratitude for the courage to return to this place within, where the light returns over and over again. Resting here in this space, where the divine and I meet.. love returns, compassion returns, forgiveness returns and hope returns.

Is this always an easy practice? No. Is it uncomfortable sometimes? 100% yes. I choose to keep practicing.

I send love to all that feels worrisome and heavy and trust that we all find the light over and over again. May we all find our own way of returning to our hearts.

Our hearts opened..
Our light expanded.. and the whole room became a prism of remembrance.

This session was a healer's exchange, two friends holding space for one another, each receiving the nurturing we so often give. A beautiful reminder that healers also need rest, to be held and to come back into alignment. I think its safe to say, we both felt light as feathers. Grateful beyond words!🙏💜

So in love with the way this new healing space receives and amplifies the work. I mean..Just look at that magical rainbow light!! 🌈

✨ A New Home for Jennifer Laine 💗Awaken Your Remembrance ✨

I’m so excited to share that my healing practice Awaken Your Remembrance has officially moved to a beautiful new location in Georgetown, MA.
You can now find me inside the Emerald Heart Sanctuary, a charming, lovingly refreshed space in a historic building that once served the community as an antique shop for decades. (I can remember roaming Sedler's Antiques for unique treasures💫) The building has kept all of its unique old-world character, now infused with fresh, uplifting energy. It feels like the perfect home.

In this new space, I’ll continue offering my one-on-one sessions, welcoming you into a deeper journey of healing, remembrance, and harmony.
My monthly Inner Alchemy Circle will also be held here, along with my Divine Harmony Mist, which is now available for purchase onsite.

This move brings me closer to my own home and allows me to serve and connect more deeply with my local community, something that feels incredibly special and aligned.

✨ To celebrate this beautiful transition, I’m offering $20 off all services (excluding the Inner Alchemy Circle) through the months of November and December. ✨ My availability is every Monday and two Saturdays a month.
