✨ Introducing Crystalline Temple Weaving ✨

My healing journey began with Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy. Those modalities gave me a strong and sacred foundation in working with energy, and I’m deeply grateful for them.

Very early on, though, I was guided to work with energy in a way that felt uniquely my own.

Through intuition, deep heart expansion, and what I can only describe as remembrance coming online, a different way of weaving energy began to unfold. It came through transmissions, subtle downloads, and years of listening inward.

As I have evolved, so has the way I work.

This work supports the gentle activation and anchoring of your light body within your physical body through light codes, geometric harmonics and subtle frequencies of light and sound. We clear distortions within the energetic blueprint and restore coherence on a cellular level, allowing deeper layers of remembrance to awaken naturally and peacefully.

This is not about escaping the human experience.

It is about rooting ourselves fully in it.

It is about bridging spirituality and everyday life.
Being fully human.
Fully embodied.
Fully anchored here.

How are you navigating these days?

The human experience can feel a bit wobbly at times. We are never just in one feeling state all the time, this is both the beauty and the challenge of being human.

Yesterday I observed how quickly the voice in my mind stepped in.. the voice that wants to pull me into worry and concern for what is arising in my personal experience and the world around me.

So, how do I shift this? I allow my feelings and emotions to be there, not trying to get out of it or escape. Honoring them, giving them time and space to be felt and moved through.

I breathe, I move, I stay connected to my body and settle deep into my heart space, expressing gratitude for the courage to return to this place within, where the light returns over and over again. Resting here in this space, where the divine and I meet.. love returns, compassion returns, forgiveness returns and hope returns.

Is this always an easy practice? No. Is it uncomfortable sometimes? 100% yes. I choose to keep practicing.

I send love to all that feels worrisome and heavy and trust that we all find the light over and over again. May we all find our own way of returning to our hearts.
