Now Hiring: Administrative Medical Assistant (Front Office/Reception)
CTP is growing and we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Medical Assistant to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can balance professionalism with a warm, welcoming demeanor. As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, compassion and excellent communication are key.
Location: Floating position with training across our three offices in Georgetown, Round Rock, and Liberty Hill.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
Manage a multiline phone system (scheduling, messages, parent communication)
Scan, upload, and organize patient documents
Sort and process incoming eFax documents
Verify insurance information and prepare charts for upcoming appointments
Collect copays and outstanding balances
Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a medical front or back office setting
Proficiency with multiline phone systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and EHR/EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)
Strong communication and professional phone etiquette
Basic understanding of insurance plans and verification processes
Ability to handle payments respectfully and accurately
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Availability to work one Saturday per month (8:30 AM–2:00 PM) for urgent care front desk duties
Willingness to travel between locations as needed
