We’re excited to welcome our new Administrator, Ricky Lopez, to our team in celebration of Nursing Home Administrator Week!

Ricky has been serving as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2016 and brings years of experience and leadership in long-term care. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about creating a positive environment for both residents and staff while ensuring high-quality care for those we serve.

Ricky says one of the most rewarding parts of his work is building relationships with residents and their families and making sure they feel supported, respected, and truly at home.

Spotlight: Resident Council President!

Hello everyone!

I’m Lisa Hernandez Moreno, I’m 60 years old and I live at Park Place Care Center for over 15 years.

I’ve been Resident Council President for about 3 years.

I like interacting with the residents and staff, I try to help whenever necessary.

We are like a family here, because this is our home. ❤️

I like going outside for Fresh Air, playing games like Rummikub, Skip. Bo, and Bingo.

I also enjoy Happy Hour and when we go on Outings. Sometimes I do my own activities.

Gabriela Larios – Director of Social Services

As the Director of Social Services, Gabby supports residents and families by advocating for their needs, addressing concerns, and helping ensure safe discharges.

Gabby chose social work because she values the meaningful connections she builds with residents and their families. Being able to advocate for them, support them through difficult times, and help guide them through important decisions is what makes her role so fulfilling. Knowing she can make a difference and hearing their appreciation makes the work truly rewarding. ❤️
