We are proud to introduce Joe Cantu, our Director of Nutrition at Park Place Care Center. Joe joined the Park Place family in 2020 and has been an integral part of the Creative Solutions team since 2023. Since earning his Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential in 2023, Joe has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Joe is an exceptionally dedicated leader who goes above and beyond to meet the unique nutritional needs of our residents. With a deep passion for culinary arts, he takes immense pride in both the quality and presentation of every meal served. Beyond his technical expertise, Joe is a natural leader who leads by example, ensuring that Creative Solutions’ high standards and policies are always upheld. Joe, thank you for your hard work and heart—we are incredibly fortunate to have you on our team!
