When a neck injury prevented Dr. Gail Yohe from practicing obstetrics and gynecology, she changed the course of her life and her career. Dr. Yohe began Ideal Weight Loss Round Rock-Georgetown clinics in Texas, where she changes men’s and women’s lives with her specialization in medical weight loss. Dr. Yohe received her doctor of medicine degree and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. Army as a major, Dr. Yohe relocated to Round Rock, where she practiced OB/GYN for 20 years. After undergoing multiple neck surgeries and gaining weight as a result of her neck injury in 2007, Dr. Yohe discovered the Ideal Protein system for weight loss. Her personal success with the program inspired her to open her own medical weight loss clinics with the help of the regional director for Ideal Protein in Central Texas. Since 2011, when she opened Round Rock Ideal Weight Loss, Dr. Yohe has been the medical director of Ideal Weight Loss and a consultant to four nutritional coaches. In 2015, Dr. Yohe chose Georgetown, Texas, for her second Ideal Weight Loss location. Together, Dr. Yohe and her experienced team treat metabolic syndrome along with other medical conditions, and help people lose weight and keep it off.
