She walked in five months ago carrying a life that felt like it was coming apart at the seams. Marriage uncertain. Motherhood heavy with doubt. Career unclear. Old wounds with her parents still quietly shaping everything. She didn’t come in looking for magic. She came in looking for answers.

During her session, something interesting happened. When she went under, she wasn’t very expressive. Not the kind of journey that fills the room with vivid detail and storytelling. We touched on past lives connected to her parents, yes. And then we reached her higher self.

And that’s where everything shifted.

There was this sudden, unmistakable surge. A whoosh of energy that moved through her like something ancient and loving had found its way home. She felt it. Deeply. Fully. An overwhelming presence of love and acceptance.

And then her higher self said something unexpected.

Not yet.

It wasn’t time to answer the questions she had brought.

She left with that love still wrapped around and in her… but also with a little disappointment. No clear answers. No tidy resolution. Just the feeling.

Five months later, she walks back in. I’m surprised.

And this time, she’s radiant.

Peaceful in a way that can’t be faked. Grounded. Light. Certain.

Before we even begin, she tells me everything.

After that first session, things started shifting. Not all at once. Not loudly. But steadily and consistently. Her reactions softened. The tension in her marriage eased. The way she saw herself as a mother changed. The weight she carried around her past began to loosen its grip.

Without realizing it, the answers she thought she didn’t receive… started showing up in her life.

She didn’t just get clarity. She became it.

So when I asked her why she came back, she smiled and said she couldn’t wait to tell me what had happened.

And this time, she only had three questions.

Three.

Her second session unfolded differently. She reconnected with her grandmother who had passed, a presence she had been deeply missing. The love there was immediate, familiar, undeniable. And when her higher self came through again, it met her in a new place.

Open. Ready. Receptive.

Every question was answered.

And that same wave of energy returned. That same whoosh. That same unconditional love. But this time, she understood it.

Before she left, she said something that stayed with me.

She knows now she can access this on her own. In her stillness. In her connection. In herself.

And that’s the part people don’t always see.

Sometimes a session doesn’t look like a breakthrough. Sometimes it looks quiet. Incomplete. Even a little disappointing.

But beneath the surface, something has already been set in motion.

This is why I do what I do.

Because what looks like “nothing happened”… is much of the time where everything begins.

And when it unfolds, it doesn’t just answer questions.

It changes a life.🩷

You can have a lot of knowledge… and still override your own wisdom.

I’ve seen people who know so much, and even carry wisdom, but it gets missed because they’re waiting for it to hit them like a brick. Something loud. Obvious. Undeniable. But that’s not how your higher self speaks. It’s subtle. It’s a feeling. A knowing that’s there that doesn’t need to explain itself.

And when you’re always looking for something to make sense in the mind, you can talk yourself right out of what you already feel is true.

Knowledge fills the mind. But wisdom… it’s more subtle than that.

It asks you to slow down. To listen. To trust what doesn’t always come in words. And if you’re not careful, all that knowledge can start speaking over it… convincing you that if it’s not loud, it must not be real.

But the truth is, the deepest guidance rarely shouts. It simply waits for you to notice.
