We are a family owned and operated Hospice company in Georgetown Texas. We want to care for people, the terminally ill, their loved ones, and our staff. It is a difficult journey that no one wishes to take, and no one should ever take alone. Our founder has echoed her beliefs that many fail to realize that the end of the rainbow can be just as beautiful as the beginning. It is our goal and journey to assist with this.

Every year Tranquility Hospice Care hosts an event called Angel Tree of Remembrance. This ceremony is special to our team because it is in honor of all the families who have lost a loved one this year. We honor their loved one through happy memories they hold dear to their heart, and fellowship amongst those who were in attendance. Giving each family a custom made Angel wing with the name of the loved one they lost is our way of saying THANK YOU. Thank you for the trust, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to support their family, and thank you for allowing us to be an extended part of your own family. Once family, always family. ❤️

We also want to say thank you to the Delaney for allowing us to use their beautiful community hall, and a special thanks to the Delaney senior choir for singing during our event. 🫶

Morgan Moorhead!!

Morgan has really shined here at Tranquility as a marketing pro.
She is new to hospice but it is clear that her heart is in it. She works hard to bring in new business and to make everyone feel heard and cared for.

Here is a little about Morgan

I am from Houston, Tx and moved to the Austin area 6 years ago. I am the mom to four year old,
twin boys, Julian and Mason. I have two dogs, a pitbull mix named Duke and a German Shepherd named Kona. I love reading, crafting, going to the beach, pool, anything outdoors, puzzles, playing card games and eating desserts. My husband and I love to travel. Which has slowed down with the boys. :)
I worked in the non-profit space back in Houston but I truly feel like I have found my home here with Tranquility and serving patients in hospice.

Mayra has been a CNA since 2016 and has been with Tranquility since the beginning.

Mayra has been a loyal hard working care provider! We are so lucky to have her on our team. Mayra does a minimum of 50 showers every week as well as brings light and joy to her patients. Mayra thank you for all you do. We are honored to have you be a part of the Tranquility team!! ❤️🙏

A message from Marcia,

I've been a nurse for 40 years, started into Obstetrics, Cardiac then had baby 3 and 4. I sought employment opportunities contractually that gave me stay at home Mom time but kept me active with nursing. I worked as a Case Management w/county, department of mental health, well baby, was first contact for well checks - worked with APS/CPS . Went to inpatient as a CM/discharge planner/hospice liaison. From MI born and raise, I moved to New Mexico and attempted to retire, couldn't do. I returned to Hospice CM/admission RN and Rehabilitation inpatient hospice/discharge CM, Then on to GA working with VA, grant programs, Medicaid, hospice for private care giving agencies, now happily blessed to be working with a great team here at Tranquility in TX. Two daughters with family here, 6 grandkids in Georgetown, two sons one in MI and another in CA w/2 grandchildren. I guess I went into nursing as I was the kid that always found that abandoned animal and I would take home and nurse it back to health, give it a name and home. I feel hospice should be a time that with comfort support can be a time for celebration of one's life and experiences,. It's an honor and privilege to be appreciated and be part of this amazing Tranquility team.
