Join us for Somatic Yoga on Labor Day, Monday 9/1 at 9:30am.
Labor day is the ideal time to honor the labor you invest in your own well-being. Somatic Yoga focuses on the sensation and exploration of movement to enhance the poses making them more efficient and effective. We'll move deliberately and slowly through the poses to build an even deeper connection between mind and body.
Location: IOOF Hall 6240 Main Street in Georgetown.
