The birth of Thrifty Momma, LLC.
Thrifty Momma, LLC was the long time vision of owner/operator Stephanie Barron. She's a dedicated wife and mother of 5 with a talent for seeking out good deals. Her need to be "thrifty" took her to surrounding areas in order to stick to her budget sparking the realization that Georgetown was in desperate need of a quality resale boutique for small budgets. In her desire to fulfill this, Stephanie purchased an established consignment store that her dad ingeniously named From one two Another. A short time into her venture her dad, a key asset and avid supporter of her business, became seriously ill and was only given a 30% chance to live. Stephanie made the difficult decision to close the store to focus on him. However, in March 2019, Thrifty Momma, LLC emerged! Stephanie's dedication to her family, strong passion to help others, and desire to give back to her community has driven her to pursue her dream. In addition to resale, she is an experienced Doula and Placenta Specialist. She's also an avid supporter of Not Alone Pregnancy Center and Amen House donating regularly to those in need.
