STEW MEAT RECIPE ⬇️🥩

This recipe is a tasty switch up from traditional stew that Tyler and I have been loving. We can’t wait for yall to try it and give us a follow for more cooking videos and grass fed beef!! 🐄👩‍🍳

Ingredients—
1 lb stew meat
1 small onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, coined with seeds
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Chili powder
Cumin
Salt/pepper
2-3 tbsp flour, depending on gravy thickness you’d prefer
2 tbsp tomato paste
2-3 cups beef stock

As a busy, working, new mom, it’s important to have quick snacks that are grab and go but also pack a punch. I love pairing a couple easy protein sources like string cheese, cottage cheese, and hard boiled eggs with some colorful veggies for fiber! 🫑🥚🥒🌶️

This is the recipe for an actually satisfying snack that will get you through to the next meal feeling energized 🏃‍♀️🔥

Here’s one of my favorite nutrient-dense first foods as an RD + mom: whipped bone marrow.

How to make it:
🦴 Roast marrow bones at 425°F for 15–20 min
🦴 Scoop out the soft center
🌀 Whip with a fork or small blender until smooth
✨ Optional: mix with a little breastmilk or formula for extra creaminess

Serve a tiny amount on a spoon or mixed into another puree.
