Kids Mini Camp this Tuesday the 17th from 12-3

Drop your little one off for a magical 3-hour yoga adventure! This special mini camp includes playful yoga flows, calming breathwork, creative movement, guided meditations, mindfulness crafts, and fun yoga games to inspire joy, connection, and inner peace.

Designed to help children build body awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and relaxation tools — all while having a blast in a welcoming, screen-free space.

Please pack a nut free snack & a water bottle! Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own!

What a beautiful Sunday! Our Harp & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Marikje and Rae was such a success—deeply relaxing, grounding, and filled with soothing vibrations that left everyone feeling calm, clear, and restored. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in this peaceful experience

We’re excited to share that Marikje will now be offering Sound Healing appointments at the spa once a month!

• 45 minutes – $95

Sound Healing with Harp:
A deeply calming sound healing session using live harp music played around and gently on the body, allowing vibrations to be both heard and felt. Provided by Marikje, a certified harp therapist, this session supports nervous system regulation, eases anxiety, releases stress, quiets the mind, and encourages energetic balance, grounding, and deep relaxation.
