Your dedication, compassion, and unwavering support have made a profound impact on the lives of the young people we serve, and I am truly thankful for your efforts. Your commitment to fostering a nurturing and positive environment is commendable, and it does not go unnoticed. Individuals must be able to lift 50 pounds as well as do physical activities with Youth. The individual must be creative and creating activities outside of regular programming, as well as efficient in de-escalation and communication with adolescents and the ability to regulate emotionally due to the environment. They will be working in. The individual needs to ensure that they have adequate preparation for being on call which entails them having to remain within the county as well as be able to be called in at any time while on call preplanning in personal lives is a requirement especially when on call. We look forward to hearing from you.
