As promised here is what I do to keep the flu, cold and bloody noses due to dry air, away during the winter. Now normaly during the winter I would catch something and be miserable for several days and because the air is so dry during the winter because of the use of heat to stay warm I would frequently get nosebleeds. Well after starting Doterra and looking around I actually found this combo from someone else but added a 6th oil. The mixture is called the FLOOM. Frankincense, Lemon, Oregano, On Guard and Melaleuca to which I added Copaiba. I put 2 drops of each in a vegie capsule every day and have be doing so since I started. Although I have been bad and have skipped from time to time but I pretty much do it every day because I do not want to catch anyones nasties and especially kids that catch what seems like everything. This my friends is my receipe I am sharing with you in hopes that you will try this as well and see how much better you feel thru the winter without getting sick.
