Apex Physical Therapy is a new local business with physical therapists who have been treating in the Shelby County area for a combined 46 years. We utilize multiple techniques in order to promote healing, relieve pain, and increase function. Our objective is to identify the cause of your pain and loss of function and develop a treatment program specific to you. Pain is very personal. Our goal is to achieve your individual best. Life is heavy. Tragedy fills the news and social media. We have become desensitized to these horrific acts…planned attacks in our schools, random attacks in our cities, assassinations of political leaders and religious/political activists, and general unrest.

Please take time to remember and reflect on a time when our amazing nation was attacked 24 years ago and remember how we came together.

Let’s strive to be the people we were on September 12, 2001. If you weren’t born then, ask someone who was how different we were as humans on that day. ❤️
