Our time was filled with old-school country gold, nostalgic oldies and classic love songs that had everyone singing along. We always enjoy hosting talented performers who appreciate the classics as much as our residents do! ๐ŸŽผโค๏ธ

This special tradition honors the residentsโ€”and team memberโ€”we lost in 2025, celebrating their lives and thanking the families who entrusted us with the care of their loved ones. Weโ€™re celebrating February with the ultimate "Funny Valentines"โ€” the legendary George Burns and Gracie Allen! From the 1930s through the 1950s, George and Gracie were the gold standard of comedy, known for Georgeโ€™s dry wit and Gracieโ€™s "perfectly confused" logic. โ€‹This first-class group of February birthdays is "flying" in on custom-made cigar biplanes! โœˆ๏ธ George Burns was rarely seen without his trademark El Producto cigar. He used it as a prop for his impeccable comic timingโ€”taking a puff just as the audience started to laugh. ๐Ÿ‘”๐Ÿ’จ

These vintage-style biplanes feature prop cigar fuselages, cardstock wings, and authentic details like stagger wires and button wheels. If you look closely at the propellers, youโ€™ll see they are actually round, doll-sized glassesโ€”just like the ones George famously wore! ๐Ÿ‘“โœจ

These "stogies" have taken to the skies to deliver birthday wishes all month long, trailing banners with the names of this birthday crew and featuring heart-shaped puffs that contain each resident's special day! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ
