Our Skilled Nursing Facility is Heart Failure certified through the American Heart Association. Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is a 135 bed skilled nursing facility. We offer rehabilitation, long term care, respite services and Share and Care Adult Daycare. On our rehab unit we offer private and semi-private rooms. Each patient has their own flat screen TV and phone. We also offer a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Patient's who would benefit from cardiac rehab are monitored closely by nursing, rehab and our dietician. Together this team comes up with a treatment plan and goals to get the patient home safely and with helpful guidelines to follow. Today, we celebrated the enduring partnership of Rocky and Bullwinkle by enjoying their classic cartoon adventures. And to match their spirit, the afternoon featured a delicious creation that brought their namesakes together: ๐šƒ๐š‘๐šŽ ๐™ผ๐š˜๐š˜๐šœ๐šŽ & ๐š‚๐šš๐šž๐š’๐š›๐š›๐šŽ๐š• ๐š‚'๐š–๐š˜๐š›๐šŽ๐šœ! ๐Ÿซโšช๏ธ๐Ÿฅœ

We had a blast putting our resident "spies" to the test with this fun guessing game! Just like our favorite ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐ข๐š๐ง villains, we spent the afternoon guessing which statements truly matched each other's hidden personalities. ๐ŸŽญ

๐‘๐จ๐œ๐ค๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐…๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ and his pal ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ฅ๐ž ๐‰. ๐Œ๐จ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž were always getting into trouble.... but always finding a way out! Together, these two earnest, pun-loving heroes constantly foiled the hilarious, low-grade spies Boris and Natasha. The series was groundbreaking, as it was one of the first animated shows designed to entertain both children and sharp-witted adults with its clever satire! ๐Ÿง
