Congratulations to Francisco Rios and Lenny Morrison for receiving the award for Team Member of the Month for the month of July!

Francisco Rios is a 1st shift team member who was nominated for the award by his manager, Ryan Mumaw. Ryan described Francisco as a role model who works with minimal direction and consistently hits daily goals.

Lenny Morrison is a 3rd shift team member who was nominated by Adam Metzger. Adam nominated Lenny for the award for always going above and beyond. Lenny holds multiple certifications and has also learned IG scheduling to provide additional support to the team.

Congratulations to both Francisco and Lenny for this outstanding recognition! Both Francisco and Lenny have received a $100 visa gift card, Team Member of the Month t-shirt, and certificate in recognition of this achievement!

Congratulations to our Team Member of the Month winners for the month of June!

Guillermo Santoyo (pictured) received the award for 1st shift due to the large impact he continues to make both assisting with onboarding/training needs and providing translation support for Spanish speaking team members. Guillermo was nominated for the award by Kim Zinn.

Paola Aviles (not pictured) received the award for 3rd shift due to her leadership in IG, positive attitude, and her willingness to train and mentor others. Paola was nominated for the award by Adam Metzger.

Beginning Monday, May 6th, we will be offering a $1,000 employee referral bonus for all referrals who are hired between May 6th and July 1st.

Team members who refer a new hire will receive the $1,000 bonus paid out in the following installments after the new hire starts at Gettysburg Pella:

Time of hire - $100
60 days - $150
90 days - $250
6 months - $500
