Today is Trans Visibility Day 🏳️‍⚧️

We celebrate the strength and authenticity of the transgender community. Visibility matters—not just today, but every day. It creates space for understanding, safety, and belonging.
Let’s continue to listen, learn, and show up with respect and compassion.
If you or someone you know needs support, you’re not alone.

Remedy here with some tips for when you’re having a *ruff* day. 🐾

If anxiety starts barking a little too loud, try this:

🐾 Take a few slow belly breaths
🐾 Go for a short walk (fresh air helps more than you think!)
🐾 Snuggle up with someone you trust
🐾 Take a break and rest your mind
🐾 Remind yourself: this feeling will pass

Sometimes the best thing you can do is pause, lay on the couch for a bit, and give yourself the same kindness you’d give a good dog.

You’ve got this. And if not… naps help. 🐶💚

Good Morning, Phoenix Family!

This week and throughout Eating Disorder Awareness Month, we stand with every individual and family impacted by eating disorders. 💜
Eating disorders affect millions of people across all ages, genders, and backgrounds — and they carry one of the highest mortality rates of any mental health condition.
At Phoenix Counseling Services, we believe in early support, compassionate care, and breaking the stigma that keeps people silent. Healing is possible. Recovery is possible. And no one has to walk this road alone.
If you or someone you love is struggling, reach out.

Phoenix Family 💜

This week, we recognize National Eating Disorders Awareness Week in partnership with the National Eating Disorders Association. Eating disorders don’t have one look. They impact people of every age, identity, body size, and background.
Too often, shame and misinformation keep people silent. We’re here to change that. By educating ourselves, challenging stigma, and making support visible, we create space for healing and recovery.
If you or someone you love is struggling, help is available. Learn more and find support at nationaleatingdisorders.org/nedaw or through the link in ’s bio.

Hi Phoenix Family,

Small acts. Big impact. 💛

Today we’re celebrating National Random Acts of Kindness Day by choosing connection, gratitude, and compassion — for others and for ourselves. Whether it’s a simple compliment, a check-in with a friend, or taking a moment to be kind to yourself, every act matters.
Kindness is powerful.

Our Story

The Phoenix bird is a mythological bird that is cyclically reborn again. When it is ready for rebirth it sets itself on fire and is reborn; stronger from its own ashes. A prefect metaphor for the process of counseling; through insight, self awareness, and dedication to the change process we are reborn from our ashes.

Here are Phoenix we are dedicated to just that change process. With continued growth and support “;together we rise.”
