I am often asked, “What do I need to bring?” or “How should I arrive for a session?”

Preparing your body and mind is part of the healing. A few simple steps beforehand can help you relax more deeply, receive more fully, and allow your nervous system to soften into rest. Hydrate. Wear something cozy. Arrive unhurried. Set a gentle intention.

Nothing complicated. Nothing to force. Just space to land, breathe, and let yourself be held.

Your only real job is to show up with an open heart. The rest unfolds naturally. ✨

This evening at Celebrate Movement felt like a true reflection of peace. There was something so special about the energy in the room. I felt deeply aligned with each of you. Thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to show up, breathe, soften, and simply be together.

I truly believe that when one person finds even a moment of inner peace, it ripples outward. When a whole room does it together, it becomes something powerful and collective. You could feel that tonight. Calm. Connection. Presence. It was beautiful.

Next week feels especially meaningful as we focus our collective intention on true global peace through sound.

✨ Tuesday, 2/10: Mini Sound Meditation
5:30–6 PM at Celebrate Movement

✨ Saturday, 2/14: World Sound Healing Day 10–11 AM at Adams County Arts Council

I would love to share this space with you.

Pre-registration is required for both sessions, so please reach out for details.

Looking forward to seeing you, finding stillness together, and continuing to build this circle of peace.

✨ Reminder that World Sound Healing Day is next Saturday, 2/14. In preparation for this powerful global day, there is a FREE 7-day Global Unified Heart Energetic Activation Program being offered (yes, FREE). 💗🌍. The intention is to synchronize our collective hearts and amplify a shared intention for peace, healing, and harmony. I truly feel that this along with the Walk for Peace, is calling on a deeply personal level and I am answering that call.

If you are feeling even the slightest nudge to join me, I would love for you to do so. No pressure…just presence, intention, and heart.

Things have been announced for Walk for Peace arrival in DC. 🤍

Initially, the expected arrival dates were 2/12–2/13, which I kept open to accommodate. The updated dates are now 2/10–2/11 and unfortunately my prior commitments won’t allow me to make the trek. Even so, I truly feel I will still be doing the work of peace and alignment in spirit and in honor.

Is anyone making the trip? A reflection on 2/10 at the National Cathedral and a meditation retreat on 2/11 sound absolutely divine.

If you are even slightly considering it, may I say…just do it. 💜

Your mind has rhythms, just like the ocean. 🌊✨

This graphic highlights two powerful natural frequencies that support meditation and healing:

Theta brainwaves (4–8 Hz): the state of intuition, creativity, deep relaxation, and subconscious insight. This is where we daydream, process emotions, and access inner wisdom. It is the sweet spot of meditation and one I have found is reachable quickly through sound. As I often say, sound-based meditation is like taking the elevator to a meditative state.

The Earth’s Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz): often called the Earth’s natural heartbeat. Many people feel more grounded, calm, and regulated when their nervous system entrains to this frequency.

When we slow down, breathe, and settle into stillness, our brain naturally shifts toward these rhythms. Stress softens. Thoughts quiet. Clarity returns.

Meditation is not about “doing it perfectly,” which came up in conversation the other evening. It is about giving your body and mind permission to come home to themselves, without expectation.

If you would like to experience this state in a gentle, supported space, join me:

🕊 Tuesday | 5:30–6:00 PM
📍 Celebrate Movement
💛 $13 per person
(weekly free/donation spot available for those experiencing financial hardship, upon request)

Advance registration is required due to limited space. Message me or text 717-420-0266 to reserve your place.

Come reset your frequency.
Your nervous system will thank you. ✨

Deep gratitude to the extraordinary humans who braved the chilly temps this evening to join us at Jane's Tea Room-Gettysburg / The Gettysburg Academy for our Tea & Sound Reset.

There is something extra special about gathering in warmth and stillness while the world outside feels cold and quiet. Your presence, openness, and willingness to slow down created such a peaceful, nurturing space for everyone in the room.

My hope is that you left feeling lighter…like an old skin gently shed…renewed, reset, and a little more at home in yourself.

Thank you for sharing not only your energy, but your beautiful experiences with me and with each other. It is always an honor to hold space for you. ✨💜 🤩

🌟 Huge thanks to Deb for snagging a few pics during session as well as the video (in comments and link)! I appreciate you and Scott providing such a warm and inviting spot:). Next full tea offering at the tea room is Sunday, 2/15 Breast Cancer Support Tea so grab your spot before event is full!
