Tonight’s sound meditation at Celebrate Movement was a reflection on how life can be beautifully chaotic. I appreciate everyone who joined me 💜

There are also a few openings remaining for the full hour session at the Adams County Arts Council Saturday, 12/13 from 10–11 AM. All chairs for that session are reserved though floor spaces remain available.

Gratitude to everyone who joined me tonight for our very first Mini Sound Meditation Session at Celebrate Movement. Shout out to the incredible Beckie & All is Well Healing Arts for opening this space to me. I am deeply thankful for the chance to guide you and to share such a peaceful experience.

These sessions will take place every Tuesday evening, unless otherwise noted, from 5:30 to 6 PM. Due to limited space, pre-registration is encouraged, so please reach out if you would like to reserve your spot.

Thank you again for a truly beautiful beginning.

Tonight is our first session of the month at Celebrate Movement and I am truly looking forward to holding this space with all of you. The weather should be clear by then, so come comfortable and come exactly as you are.

Feel free to bring whatever helps you settle in…a pillow, extra padding, a blanket, or any small item that adds comfort or ease. Above all, bring your beautiful open minds and your willingness to soften into the experience.
