Grateful for a beautiful morning of connection and calm at Adams County Arts Council.

Thank you to Brittinay for the early morning hustle, to Neil for helping lug and set up with such generosity, and to each person who showed up and held space, not only for yourselves and one another, especially for the collective and globally as we honored World Sound Healing Day together. Your presence mattered.

Taking time for yourself is a gift and today you gave that gift freely. I hope you thank yourself for that, too. ✨

Missed us, join for Tuesday’s mini session at Celebrate Movement 5:30-6. Currently, there are opening with session half full. 💜

Viewing this as gentle call to action for how we choose to live.

Not grand gestures.
Not loud declarations.
But daily, quiet choices.

To listen more deeply.
To soften judgment.
To meet pain with compassion.
To protect the vulnerable.
To choose understanding over fear.

Peace does not begin in governments or policies. It begins in the human heart. In how we speak to one another. In how we show up for our families, our neighbors, and even strangers.

These vows remind me that true strength is kindness, that progress without morality is empty, and that healing our world starts within each of us.

May we be the ones who embody the peace we wish to see.

May we walk gently, love fiercely, and remember that we belong to one another.

Holding this intention today and always. 💜

Thank you to the staff (particularly, Lisa and Lexi for exploring and providing this offering) along with students at Mount St. Mary's University for hosting me this evening. I am truly grateful for your presence, your openness, and your willingness to explore something new together.

Each gathering takes on a life of its own and this evening provided a beautiful reminder that meditation is not about perfect. It is about learning to return inward, again and again, even in the midst of movement, noise, and a very full world. In many ways, those moments become the greatest teachers. Even I walked away with a deeper appreciation for the importance of internal focus and how powerful it is to gently quiet distractions rather than resist them.

Again, thank you for showing up for yourselves and for one another with curiosity as well as open minds. It was an honor to share that space with you.

✨ And re: the mention of possibly venturing into Tik Tok world made by one of the participants…I always try to remain open so definitely not ruling out and you planted a seed:).

Thank you to everyone who joined me this evening at Celebrate Movement for our weekly mini session. You helped create such a calm and intentional space together.

As the Walk for Peace comes to a close, I am reminded that lasting peace in the world does not begin somewhere outside of us. It begins within. This journey has taught me so much about peace, but even more about compassion. Because if we cannot offer compassion to those who seem to need it most, then where does our compassion truly live? I mean, that philosophy really got my mind going.

May we each move through the world as a quiet ripple of presence, kindness, and peace.

If you were not able to attend tonight, my next public session will be held this Saturday, 2/14, from 10–11 AM at the Adams County Arts Council as part of my monthly series. The intention for this gathering is Global Harmonization, focusing on planetary peace, healing for our Earth, and raising collective consciousness in honor of World Sound Healing Day.

Pre-registration is required through the Arts Council website:

✨ Peace in the world starts with peace within. While beautiful souls are gathering in Washington, DC for the Walk for Peace, we will be creating our own little pocket of peace right here at home.

Join me tomorrow evening (every Tuesday evening) for a Mini Sound Meditation at Celebrate Movement 5:30–6:00 PM.

Think:
🌈 beautiful crystal bowls
💫 soothing vibrations
🫶 nervous system reset
😌 30 minutes that feels like a mini vacation for your soul

These sessions are cozy and intentionally small…which means they fill fast. Good news, a few spots are still open this week (for now 😉).

If you have been curious or saying “I should really try this sometime”…this is your sign. Do not miss it.
