We're excited to announce that Tracey Long, CRNP has joined GFP! Tracey will help us to be able to see our illness patients as well as assist in many areas. For now, she is NOT accepting patients as we work to be able to see all GFP patients who need to get in when they are sick. Thank you to our patients for your patience during this time. We should be able to see all of our patients in a timely fashion especially when you are sick unexpectedly!!

One thing that will NEVER change is our commitment to provide excellent care to our patients. We would like all patients to have an avenue to provide feedback to what we are doing well, as well as some areas that we need to work on.
