Hello, I'm Arra Woodson. I am a licensed social worker (LSW) in New Jersey. I have spent the last 23 years working with abused women and children. As such, I understand the unique challenges people face during their worst life moments. It is my endeavor to walk with you and provide strategies to help you navigate the complex dynamics that are harming your life. I believe that as each person learns to fortify their inner life, they will be strengthened spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. I am here to assist you in discovering your life's concrete, formal, and informal support, as you journey along your pathway to a stronger you.
It is our mission to provide roads of opportunities for growth, guidance, education, and enrichment. Our ultimate goal is for people to feel empowered and strengthened as they develop and transition in life. We endeavor to equip others for transformation; while developing and maintaining healthy relationships with others and the world around them.
Our therapy services assist in the restoration and strength of every individual mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
