Our Caldera Care communities have been celebrating the season with music, connection, and plenty of holiday cheer. At Monroe Care, residents enjoyed a heartwarming Christmas carol concert by the Moses Lake Parkinson’s Choir, followed by our AG Parade and Cookies Cocoa and Santa event where families toured our decorated halls, sipped cocoa, and snapped photos with Santa.

At Spokane Falls Care, the holidays are shining bright thanks to new leadership working to build a positive, engaged team culture. Daily huddles, weekly trivia, and special celebrations set the tone, and this week’s pop up caroling concert, holiday jammies, and staff coffee bar brought joy to residents and staff alike.

We are grateful to share these moments of warmth and community. Happy holidays from all of us at Caldera Care. @.care

💙 A week full of connection at North Auburn Rehab & Health Center!

We gathered for a heartfelt potluck to celebrate Desiree’s last day, our wonderful HR leader of the past few years. While her family’s move is taking her out of state, we’re already looking forward to welcoming her back for our holiday party. We’ll miss you, Desiree! 💛

We also kicked off the week with a delicious Team Breakfast, thanks to our amazing Dietary Manager, Sheryl. North Auburn’s love language is definitely food, and with so many new team members, it was beautiful to see everyone sharing a meal, laughing, and building community together. 🍽️✨

Here’s to teamwork, gratitude, and the people who make North Auburn feel like home. 💙
