This is another example of an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair using the "SCOI Row" technique. The principles of this technique include multiple points of fixation with triple-loaded anchors (9 broad SutureTape sutures used in this repair) placed at the medial aspect of the footprint (minimizing tension on the repair) and augmented with bone marrow vents, allowing for the patient's own stem cells and growth factors to help facilitate healing.

This is a surgical video of Dr. Nels Sampatacos from Pro Sport in Gig Harbor, WA performing an arthroscopic-assisted AC/CC joint reconstruction using an Arthrex Low-Profile AC Implant and Dog Bone Button System augmented with an allograft tendon and a Fibertape cerclage suture. The Fibertape cerclage tensioning device was used to reduce the AC joint under fluoroscopic guidance and tighten the Fibertape cerclage suture.

This is a surgical video of Dr. Nels Sampatacos from Pro Sport in Gig Harbor, WA performing another osteochondral allograft transplantation (cartilage transplant) in a knee. The patient is an active 19 year-old male who had failed two prior ostechondral allograft surgeries by another surgeon. Due to the progression in the size of the chondral defect, the Arthrex BioUni System was used and the graft was augmented with stem cells (BMAC), platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and demineralized bone matrix (DBM) to enhance healing.

This is a surgical video of Dr. Nels Sampatacos from Pro Sport in Gig Harbor, WA performing an arthroscopic hip surgery for femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAI) in a 17 year-old soccer player. The surgery involved an arthroscopic acetabuloplasty (pincer resection), labral repair, femoroplasty (cam resection), and a capsular repair/closure. This was performed on a Hana table without use of a central perineal post by using the Pink Hip Kit Postless Hip Positioning System.

This is a case example of a 14-year-old elite gymnast who underwent an all-inside arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with quad tendon autograft augmented with an internal brace and an all-inside lateral meniscus repair. The patient also underwent a simultaneous anterolateral ligament (ALL) reconstruction (not shown).
