Life may go on, but as it does, are we allowing time to reflect, learn and grow towards our highest good?

Whatever may be coming up for you at this time, consider:

🔹 What am I learning?
🔹 Am I letting my inner critic run the show?
🔹 What might I need to forgive myself for?

Life is speckled with moments of joy, sorrow, sickness and health. What are you learning along the way? How has this shaped you and continued to shape you today?

Happy Sunday! I hope you all had a great weekend.

Today I wanted to take a moment to talk about movement. What does it look like for you and are you getting enough?

While a sedentary lifestyle can be linked to an increase in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, certain types of cancers and affect our mental wellbeing, we can look at each new day as an integration opportunity!

What ways do you incorporate movement into your day?
Is it going for a walk? Playing with your children? Hiking? An exercise class? Gardening?

I'd love to hear about how you enjoy movement in the comments below!

Today, October 10, is World Mental Health Day.

Though this day in particular is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma, I believe this should be a conversation that is acknowledged and held safely for us to express and explore each and every day within ourselves and others.

It would be remiss not to note the immense challenges the last year and a half has proved to be for us all, in many ways small and large. Let's keep the conversation going and show up for ourselves and each other!

If you our a loved one is seeking support, know you are not alone and there are resources out there to walk this journey with you.
