When women gather, hearts heal! Come for an afternoon of connection and self-care in a circle of women through guided meditation, reflective, journaling, soulful tea, and a sound bath for a healing experience. This is my first women’s healing circle so this service is offered at a discounted price of $25. I am very excited to begin this new series in my office to create a sense of community and healing.

Learning about all the elements to the body is so important to me and how I approach healing for my clients and myself. You can’t really heal if you only focus on one element. For a more sustainable outcome you must look at all elements and find balance mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. 💜
