Gig Harbor Fire's Zackary Hash is currently competing in the World's Strongest Firefighter Event at the Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus.

Elite firefighters from around the world gather to test their strength, endurance, and determination in a series of intense events inspired by the demands of the fireground. This year, Zach steps onto the competition floor in the Open Weight Class for the third time. After finishing in the top ten in 2023 and 2024, he has returned determined to push even further against some of the strongest firefighters in the world.

Events such as fire hydrant carries, sled drags, deadlift ladders, and the fire truck pull will test every ounce of strength and grit.
