I started using my juicer again and am being more mindful of my eating habits. Grabbing food on the go without thinking about its health implications is a common pitfall. Today, I took a few extra minutes to prepare a nutritious energy drink that makes me feel great. The ingredients I juiced were beets, green apple, celery, cilantro, dandelion greens, turmeric, and ginger. This combination is excellent for lowering cholesterol, blood pressure, and inflammation. Taking time to nourish the body pays off in so many ways.
