Garlic. What does your house smell like? Monday is mealprep for me. Nice ring to it.... Mealprep Monday. I like things that go together like that. I am entertained by it and therefore more app to say and do it. Today I added roasted garlic to my meal prep. Feels like a nice rainy fall day activity to do and I'm pretty sure it helps keep the vampires away. 🙏 I will use this in several meals this week as well as infuse some grass-fed butter I have in the waiting for something special like this slow roasted herb garlic . Everything is better when it's slow!
